Its travel time again and our honorable lawmakers are again sacrificing their well earned vacation by traveling to foreign countries in search of further knowledge in governance for the benefit of the people. The house delegation was ably lead by former Speaker Jose De Venecia while the Senate has the venerable Sen. Nene Pimentel at its helm. Their sacrifices will not remain unnoticed by the grateful Filipino people who will reap benefits from the additional knowledge that will be acquired by the honorable lawmakers in their search for knowledge in Cape Town Africa.
