If only for their stand against the pork barrel, this party should be voted into office. The legislators should focus on their primary duty of legislating laws for the benefit of the country and not in building roads, bridges and playgrounds which is best left for the executive. The only reason they are aspiring to become congressman & senator is the pork barrel which they use to enrich themselves and recoup their expenses during election.

KARAPATAN is a communist front organization whose only aim is to discredit the government by fabricating deaths, bloating the number of unexplained killings even adding the casualties due to encounters between the military & NPA as extra-judicial killings. Even you own government had branded the CPP/NPA/NDF as terrorist organization. Don’t be fooled by their stories of abductions and disappearances which they blame on the government. They themselves undertook these killings and blame then on the soldiers for propaganda purposes. They burn school houses because the principal couldn’t pay revolutionary tax. They destroy cell sites of Globe Company for refusing to pay these extortions. They execute farmers, small businessman, ordinary folks, burn houses, small sari-sari stores, and small piggery as penalty for refusing to pay revolutionary tax. They rape and pillage villages of minorities who refused to give their sons to serve in the NPA. They kidnapped minors and use them as soldiers to augment their dwindling recruits from the UP in Diliman.

I never seen anything good about this man. He had not done anything for his poor suffering constituent in Sorsogon. Knowing that he is on his 3rd and last term all he did was grandstand to attract media in preparation for his senatorial ambition. PARTY LIST: FRONT ORG OF CPP-NPA-NDF

I agree wholeheartedly with DJB that the leftist partylist i.e. Bayan Muna, Gabriela, KMP, Anak Pawis and other allied org. should admit their being front organization of the CPP/NPA/NDF and let the voters decide on their fate on the coming election. Such treachery and cowardice in hiding their communist link and deceit in mouthing pro-democracy slogans while secretly planning to overthrow the government through armed revolution and establishing a dictatorship of the proletariat. They are using the partylist systems established by the Cory government through the mechanization of the leftist symphatizer in the Cory regime in infiltrating congress and using the CDF to buy arms for the insurgents and finance the rallies to destabilized the government.

Surely the partylist system should be revised wherein a vote for a partylist should be construed as a vote for a representative and a voter should not be allowed to vote a congressman in his district since he elect to be represented by the partylist.
