alan cayetano refuses to present his evidence because has nothing to present. it is obvious that he is grandstanding and the admin congressmen are stupid enough to let him get away with it. he refuses to end the hearing because hes getting free publicity at the expense of the FG.
after all he is on his third and last term that getting expelled will not affect his senatorial ambition. he cant wait and wants to share a seat with his do nothing sister in the senate. this dynastic tendency of the opposition will hasten the demised of this inutile chamber.
